Photography is something that started as a mere hobby to me, and quickly became a passion in my high school years. I began taking pictures with digital point-and-shoots when I was 9, finding moments in my everyday life that I thought were nice enough to capture. I’d continue taking photos often throughout my childhood until in High School, I would purchase my first camera, a Fujifilm X-T3 and began taking portraits and landscape pictures, treating it more seriously than a pastime.

I began doing gig work and freelance photography after graduating, finding my vision and beginning to develop a serious interest in making this more than just my hobby. I wanted to create something that mattered, pictures that could tell stories and capture moments as they happened.

My goal in photography has always been to capture beautiful moments, both perfect and imperfect, as a way to connect with my surroundings. Luminous Lens has become the outlet I needed to do so. Together with my best friend Dominic, we have been able to connect to different people and capture many of these moments. My hope is to capture as many as possible and tell the stories of others through this passion of mine.
